The Galway International Arts Festival is one of the highlights of summer in the city and to celebrate we’ve created a special Arts Festival Cocktail!
Aptly named “The Big TopTini” it features Absolut Lime, Mickey Finn Apple, Sugar Syrup & Lemon Juice, complete with a Sugar Rim on the glass.
It will be served throughout the festival from Monday 17th – Sunday 30th July and is Absolutely delicious.. even if we do say so ourselves!!
